Had this leg breaking experience of standing for 4 hours straight, then played 6 DDR 6 stars songs

Used to play 18 songs in 1 afterschool lepak session, and not leg-breaking yet~

Colours~ made some people suffer, made some people happy~

What a day, what a day~

I like this sh shirt very much, it belongs to benjamin now

Day 1- Prepare overnight culture, search for usable shaking incubator

Day 2- Inoculate 1% culture into 3 L of medium (100 ml in 32 conical flasks)

Day 3- Nothing to do/ continue doing unfinished stuffs for previous batch

Day 4- Harvest and add 20 ml FeCl3 per litre, rotavap till 100+ ml (at least 7 hours), prepare next batch's medium, wash and autoclave flasks

Day 5- Ammonium precipitation, phenol extraction, column elution

Repeat till you finish 20 L of medium = 7+ weeks

Omedetto!

It is damn awesome, taiwan movies all damn awesome, just like Cape no.7 

The thing is, this is the story of jenny thang shi yan!

Hahaha, you guys should watch this comedy, i believe everyone can relate to it pretty well~

Really miss those years :) especially the fight club thing shuang created back then XD
